First, Visit website uloapp.co.in and then click on request for demo to fill information. Once the information is filled and submitted. Our service team calls up to verify the details and then create your account.

Second, we have Business Development team who will visit the society and get the form signed with necessary detail required to open the account.

Third, Society can choose either from the options (free trail or registration account)

Free Trail: Uloapp provide free trail for the product and service for limited time period.

Registration Account: Society can directly make payment to Uloapp for using the product and service.

You can download your society data any time in various formats like excel, PDF etc. You don’t need any permissions to download reports. Downloading can be done by Society admin.

Uloapp understands the important of data within the society or outside. The information of your society is only visible to administration and not to other users. Even within the same community, the information is visible based on the roles of the user. Only administrators can view all the information related to the community/ members. Other members with different roles can see only that information that is needed. Moreover, your data is stored in a world class Data Centre on a dedicated server, implementing highest security standards to ensure peace of mind to you.

Give unique password which must INCLUDE special characters, do not click on suspicious links, and be mindful of suspicious pages offering promotions and offers. Do not share your personal details like user-id, password, Date of birth and other account details with anybody. It is advisable that you should periodically change your password. Uloapp & it’s employee do not ask for such information from the customer in providing any technical support, therefore Uloapp has given a unique Code to every society and resident holders so as whenever they require service our support team can ask the code to verify the society or individual account. Hence do not share any such details on phone to anyone.

*Uloapp uses 256-bit SSL encryption for every page. What this means is that the data that you send between your computer and the ULOAPP server is encrypted. We do not encrypt just the login screen - but every piece of data (including this content) is encrypted.

*Database is backed up and stored in encrypted form to offsite location every 4 hours.

*ULOAPP NEVER sells, rents or otherwise make available your email address, phone number, address, or any other personal information to any third-party for any reason whatsoever.

Resident Holders can make payment of utility bills relating to society maintenance or otherwise which are issued by the maintenance office bearer.

A member can logon to uloapp.co.inusing their email and password and select the bills from the utility section on the Society page. A member can make payments of the utility bills by selecting the required one from their account directly using the payment icon and selecting the respective mode of payment. Member can select the mode of payment as Credit Card / Debit Card / Netbanking. Upon successful payment, the payment gateway redirects the member to Uloapp utility payment confirmation screen along with the amount paid.

No, Society Maintenance office does not have to pay any initial, installation or recurring cost for payment gateway facility. Nominal payment gateway charges will be deducted by User/Payee and will be reflected clearly to the user before making payment.

PAYMENT TERMS: Total amount to be paid at the time of signup for the validity period chosen through cheque and online transfer. The owners reserve the right to modify & / or discontinue temporarily or permanently the Service in part or in full, after giving 30 days prior notice. Refund of the amount applicable, if any validity period still remaining after 30 days notice period and amount of the pending validity period will be transferred within 7 days of completion of notice period. *Tenants cannot edit relationship type and resident status of a unit (flat/villa) whereas an owner can edit this.

*Owners can add lease information against their flats, whereas tenants cannot do this

*Select the unit (in case, you are an admin – you will get all flats, else you will get only the flats owned by you).

*Fill the email id, phone number of the other member / tenants/other details and submit.

*Email id and password will be send on email of all resident holders to access /use Uloapp.

Uloapp supports booking a facility for purposes of common usage such as AGM meetings, cultural activities and others.

Please follow the steps below to book a facility for such community events / common purposes.

*Go to Events Add Events

*Fill up the organizer name.

*Click on Invite icon to select from drop down.

*Select Venue (list of facility at society),from data and time to book the facility ,give purpose to it.

*Go for check availability and view the booking status (popup) by ok (if booking available)and

*Submit for booking.

Complaints once raised cannot be deleted. This is to ensure that traceability is maintained on the complaints raised. You can update the complaint status as ‘Cancelled’ with appropriate notes and save the complaint to prevent the complaint from being attended.

Uloapp believes in complete transparency and secrecy of data to maintain long and healthy relationship. No Once the Payer enters the Payment Gateway, Uloapp does not have any access to the data being provided by him. Uloapp only receives Success/Failure input from the Payment Gateway, based on which it generates the Receipt.
